After the development of new ideas and the design of the first concept, our experts will prepare 3D models and the first prototypes based on your specifications. This way your mechatronic products become tangible at an early stage. Our continuous development process will help you reduce the number of prototype phases and product modifications to a minimum.

Our developers are able to make use of a comprehensive portfolio of standard processes, thereby ensuring speedy realisation of serial production. Crimp-connection technologies, SMD placement and heat staking based on the FPCplus are just a few of the many FNM core processes.

FNM has a steadily growing network of expert partners who supplement our own know-how. In the Freudenberg Group alone, we are able to make use of our research services, for example, including material and process development. We also have a certified test laboratory at our disposal.
